This page describes who owns the content in Fussless and what you may or may not do with it.
1. Ownership
All content provided by Fussless — including the app interface, source code, branding, name, logos, design system, illustrations, photographs, recipes, ingredient notes, meal descriptions, tips, and any other materials — is owned by Fussless or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, database rights, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Belgium and the European Union.
2. What you may do
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the service for your personal, non-commercial household use. You may print or save individual recipes for your own kitchen.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any part of the app or its content;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract content in bulk by automated means;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content;
- Use the content to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission;
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- Use Fussless branding, name, or logos in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you create in your account (eater profiles, notes, feedback, custom grocery items). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process this content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data and we do not sell it.
5. Trademarks
"Fussless" and the Fussless logo are trademarks of Fussless. Other trademarks shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive or referential purposes.
6. Reporting copyright infringement (notice & takedown)
If you believe content available through Fussless infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@fussless.one that includes:
- Your name, address, and contact details;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We follow an EU-style notice-and-action procedure consistent with the Digital Services Act and Belgian law. Where required, US-style DMCA notices are also accepted at the same address.
