This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Fussless subscriptions. It applies in addition to your mandatory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Fussless for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the amount you paid. This applies to your first subscription purchase; renewals are handled under sections 2 and 3 below.

2. Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • To avoid the next automatic charge, you must cancel at least 1 day before the next renewal date.
  • If you cancel in time, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
  • Outside the 30-day money-back window, monthly fees already charged are not refunded for partial-month use.

3. Yearly subscriptions

  • Yearly plans are billed upfront as a single payment for 12 months of access.
  • You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the money-back guarantee above.
  • You can disable automatic renewal at any time from account settings. If renewal is disabled before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next year.
  • Outside the 30-day window, yearly payments are not refunded pro-rata for unused months unless required by law (see section 5).

4. EU right of withdrawal for digital content

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once performance begins with your express consent. When you start a paid plan, you explicitly agree that access to Fussless begins immediately and that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for the digital service. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (section 1) is more generous and applies in any case.

5. Mandatory consumer rights (not waived)

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer. In particular:

  • If the service is defective, materially incomplete, or unavailable for a prolonged period, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under Belgian and EU consumer law.
  • If we materially change the service or these terms in a way that disadvantages you, you may have the right to terminate and receive a pro-rata refund.

To request a refund under these rights, contact hello@fussless.one describing the issue. We respond within 14 days.

6. How to request a refund

Fussless is the seller of record for your subscription; payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email hello@fussless.one from the address on your account, mentioning the order date. We confirm within 2 business days and, if approved, refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the Profile page.
