These Terms govern your use of the Fussless app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Fussless service is operated by Fussless, a sole trader based in Belgium. You can reach us at hello@fussless.one.
2. What Fussless offers
Fussless is a digital meal-planning tool that helps families with picky eaters find suitable meal suggestions, save favourites, and generate grocery lists. It is provided as software-as-a-service, accessed through your web browser. Recipes and tips are informational; they are not medical, nutritional, or allergy advice.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices and included features are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation must occur at least 1 day before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Yearly plans are billed upfront as a single payment and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices include applicable VAT where required.
- Seller and payment processor. Fussless is the seller of record for your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment service provider, which handles card processing, fraud prevention, and (where applicable) the secure storage of payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page.
5. Refunds
Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law are not affected by our voluntary refund rules.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in bulk;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service;
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights;
- Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or overload our infrastructure.
7. Intellectual property
All content provided by Fussless — including the app interface, branding, design, recipes, text, images, and code — is owned by Fussless or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial use. See our Copyright & IP page for details.
8. Termination and suspension
You may close your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your subscription is unpaid, or if continued provision becomes legally or technically impossible. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fussless is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU consumer law.
10. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
