- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Cut a small slit in 6 bread rolls and tuck in a piece of mozzarella.
- 3Brush tops with melted butter.
- 4Place in a baking dish close together.
- 5Bake 10–12 min until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

- ·Make it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions — keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
