  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Cut a small slit in 6 bread rolls and tuck in a piece of mozzarella.
  3. 3Brush tops with melted butter.
  4. 4Place in a baking dish close together.
  5. 5Bake 10–12 min until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
