Step-by-step

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Mix 50g soft butter with a small pinch of garlic powder.
  3. 3Slice baguette in half lengthwise, then into fingers. Spread with garlic butter.
  4. 4Top with grated mozzarella and bake 8 min until golden and bubbling.
