Step-by-step
- 1Spread a thin even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
- 2Cut cucumber into thin matchsticks and lay them along one edge.
- 3Roll the tortilla up tightly around the cucumber.
- 4Slice each roll into 4–5 bite-sized pinwheels.
- 5Arrange on a plate and serve straight away.
