Step-by-step

  1. 1Spread a thin even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. 2Cut cucumber into thin matchsticks and lay them along one edge.
  3. 3Roll the tortilla up tightly around the cucumber.
  4. 4Slice each roll into 4–5 bite-sized pinwheels.
  5. 5Arrange on a plate and serve straight away.
