- 1Beat 3 eggs lightly with a pinch of salt.
- 2Melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 3Pour in eggs, swirl to cover the pan.
- 4When almost set, sprinkle 30g grated cheddar over one half.
- 5Fold over and slide onto a plate.
