  1. 1Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. 2Place pizza base on a tray and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. 3Scatter 150g grated mozzarella evenly across the base.
  4. 4Bake 8–10 min until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
  5. 5Cool 1 minute, then cut into small squares for easy hand-held pieces.

  • ·Make it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions — keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
  • ·Swap an ingredient: trade anything they avoid for a safe favourite (e.g. cucumber sticks instead of cooked veg).
