- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Pat 6 chicken drumsticks dry with kitchen paper.
- 3Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and a small pinch of salt.
- 4Place on a lined tray and bake 30–35 min until skin is crisp and juices run clear.
- 5Rest 5 min before serving.
Adapt for a picky eater
- ·Make it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions — keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
