- 1Peel 3 carrots and cut into batons.
- 2Boil in salted water 8โ10 min until just tender.
- 3Drain and return to the warm pan.
- 4Toss with 1 tbsp butter and a tiny pinch of salt.
- 5Serve as a side โ keep separate from other foods.

- ยทMake it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions โ keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
