- 2Lower in eggs and cook exactly 5 min for runny yolks.
- 3Meanwhile toast and butter 2 slices of bread.
- 4Slice toast into long fingers (soldiers).
- 5Sit egg in an egg cup, crack the top, and serve with soldiers for dipping.

- ·Make it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions — keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
