  • Bananas
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Milk

Step-by-step

  1. 1Blend 150g strawberries, 1 banana, 100g yoghurt and 60ml milk until smooth and thick.
  2. 2Spoon into a small bowl.
  3. 3Optionally top with a few oats or banana coins on the side.
  4. 4Serve straight away with a spoon.
  5. 5Keep toppings off to the side for easy picking around.

Adapt for a picky eater

  • ·Make it milder: skip strong spices, herbs and onions — keep salt, butter or a touch of cheese instead.
